THE ROOMS

The apartment has two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The two rooms are facing the morning sun, the small one has direct access to the terrace, the largest one has a large window from where you will see the pine forest and feel the sound of the waves.

THE LIVING ROOM

Spacious, with a very good shape, with access to the large terrace, with lots of light, it has a very nice distribution. If you sit on the sofa, you have views of the beach, you will see how people walk along the promenade, the sand, the sea and the horizon.

Near the kitchen there is a dining table with four chairs, so you can eat comfortably.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen has a very practical distribution, which will allow you to prepare all the meals you want. The fire is butane and there is also an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee maker.

BATHROOM

New and well distributed. A sink, a toilet, a shower cabin and a washing machine, everything you need!

THE TERRACE

Due to its shape and its location, the terrace is formidable. You will find a garden table with chairs, so you can make meals, sit down to play, read or simply feel the proximity of the sea.

The views from the terrace are formidable: in front of you you can see the pines of La Pineda, the winding promenade that borders the beach and the full width of sand and water from the promenade to the horizon.

THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES

There are two elevators on the stairs, which is good news considering that the apartment is on the third floor.

This building, built at the foot of the sand, needs little: a beach shower and a direct path to the promenade and the sea.

THE CENTER OF EL PINAR, WITH ALL THE SERVICES

This apartment is located in the middle of Paseo Pau Casals, an area with all the shops, supermarkets, banks, bars, and cafes. It will be in the very center, however, since the building is on the beach and the main street runs behind it, you will live with a certain tranquility, the noise of the cars and the movement of the street will bother you little.
