This air-conditioned apartment is located in an independent building, right in front of the beach, bordered on both sides by a beautiful pine forest in the center of La Pineda. An ideal location for a great holidays.
THE ROOMS
The apartment has two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other one with a double bed. The two rooms face the morning sun, one of them with access to the terrace, the largest room has a large window from where you will see the pine forest and the promenade while listening to the sound of the waves.
THE LIVING ROOM
Spacious, rectangular, with direct access to the terrace and very bright. You will have a view of the beach, of the people on the promenade, the sand, the sea and the horizon. It has a TV and air conditioning.
Near the kitchen there is a dining table with four chairs, so you can all eat comfortably.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is completely renovated, very practical, with an American bar, which will allow you to prepare all the meals while you chat quietly. The fire is butane and there is also an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a coffee maker.
BATHROOM
New and well distributed. A sink, a toilet, a shower cabin and a washing machine, everything you need!
THE TERRACE
Due to its shape and its location, the terrace is wonderful. You will find a nice garden table and chairs, so you can spend time sitting down to play, read or just feel the proximity of the sea.
The views from the terrace are stupendous: the pine trees of La Pineda, the winding promenade that runs along the beach and the sea to the horizon.
COMMUNITY FACILITIES
There are two elevators on the stairs, which is good news considering that the apartment is on the third floor.
This building that is built at the foot of the sand needs little: a beach shower and a direct step towards the promenade and the sea.
PINAR CENTER, WITH ALL SERVICES
This apartment is located in the middle of Paseo Pau Casals, an area with all the shops, supermarkets, banks, bars, and cafes. It will be in the very center, however, since the building is on the beach and the main street passes behind, you will live with a certain tranquility, the noise of the cars and the movement of the street will bother you little.
PARKING INCLUDED
The building has a closed and private parking area, in which you will have a space available.
AND THE BEACH?
In fact, as you can imagine, the beach is right there, only 89 steps separate you from the sand, it couldn't be any closer!

- Schools: If you come to live in La Pineda or Salou with your family and need educational equipment, La Pineda has a primary school, so your children will have school very close to home. And when they are older, they can study in Vila-seca with a comfortable and practical bus service! If you look at Salou, there are public and private primary and secondary schools. Magnificent!
- Commercial areas: Without making large trips, you can buy in nearby supermarkets and hypermarkets, which you will find both in Vila-seca and Salou. And without having to take the car, in La Pineda and Cap Salou, you have different shops very close to provide you with the products you need every day: food stores, patisseries and bakeries, personal hygiene stores and restaurants.
